Chris Giesking, MS,CPT,FMS,PN
He is an Athlete, an Iraq War Veteran, Tabbed Army Ranger, National Academy of Sports Medicine Master Level Trainer, Precision Nutrition Certified Coach and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Movement with 20 years of 1:1, group coaching and teaching experience. He is also Co-Founder of Mi5 Fitness in Lakeville, MN.
Today, he’s on a mission to help people Eat, Move and Be Healthy.
